I'm a huge fan of hers and I did miss her in the pirates movie but she needs to gain some weight, I love her but she's a bit too thin, put on some weight and maybe get a boob job like Victoria said.
It's good shes going to be back on the big screen in My Fair Lady and hopfully she will be in pirates 5 after that.
Keira's absolutely gorgeous the way she is. I love that she has small and humble breasts. The reason she seems to have disappeared is because she was taking a break after filming "The Duchess". Believe me she is still acting.

All the people talking about Keira needing a boob job are just crazy. She is PERFECT just the way she is. Big boobs wouldn't make her any more sexy than she is right now. She is one of the hottest actresses of all time.
She is not a very responsible person. She should have finished her job and played in all of the POTC movies. There are millions of people that watch that movie and she let them all down. She needs to do one thing at a time. She could have sought other passions afterwards. She hasn't the appreciation she ought to have.
