Google Street View is a technological wonder from Google Maps and Google Earth that provides incredible panoramic views of streets throughout the world. First launched on May 25, 2007, the service was initially only available in select cities in the United States. However, it has quickly expanded to include cities and rural areas around the globe.

This awesome technology allows people to virtually tour areas not normally accessible to them. And, like any technology, there are sometimes glitches in the system. Google Street View sometimes catches and records car accidents. And, sometimes, the Google Street View car itself has been known to be involved in the accident.
