Kids today just don't get to see all the cool stuff that we did "back in the day" on Saturday morning cartoons!! The classic chases between the infamous Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner were violent - yet funny at the same time. Coyote always used some sort of "gadget" to try to catch the much faster (and apparently smarter) Road Runner. And usually, the gadget somehow seemed to backfire on the poor ole Coyote. Okay, the kid dressed as Robin is so freaking adorable I want to adopt him this minute even if he is dressed like Robin for Halloween. I will assume his parents have no idea about the hierarchy of superheroes or the comic genre in general and just picked an superhero costume off the shelf. This poor boy got stuck wearing the Robin costume from either his parents ignorance or they got to the store too late and only Robin costumes were left. I'm sure there were a few Aquaman costumes left on the shelf but at least they chose the less of two evils, right? We all know Aquaman sucks.

Google Street View Car Accidents

Google Street View is a technological wonder from Google Maps and Google Earth that provides incredible panoramic views of streets throughout the world. First launched on May 25, 2007, the service was initially only available in select cities in the United States. However, it has quickly expanded to include cities and rural areas around the globe.

This awesome technology allows people to virtually tour areas not normally accessible to them. And, like any technology, there are sometimes glitches in the system. Google Street View sometimes catches and records car accidents. And, sometimes, the Google Street View car itself has been known to be involved in the accident. This page showcases a few instances of these Google Street View car accidents!! Enjoy...

1930 DeMoulin Bros. & Co. Catalog - Lifting and Spanking Machine

With this machine the candidate cannot kick his own pants while wearing them, but can have them spanked where his mother used to apply the sole of her slipper, by simply testing his strength. The position in which he places himself causes a little strain in the seat of his pants, which is not objectionable, as it pulls up all the slack when he pulls up on the handles. Just about the time he gets well started lifting, a trigger is automatically released, which causes the spanking paddle to spring into place and strike him on the kazabo, at the same time exploding a 32-calibre blank cartidge with a loud report. (Paddle can be easily removed and used as a spanker.) That is not all; there is also an electric attachment concealed under the platform of the machine that turns on a good current of electricity at the same time the paddle hits his pants.

The above image is a product advertisement out of the 1930 edition of the DeMoulin Bros. & Co. "side degree" catalog titled "Burlesque and Side Degree Specialties, Paraphernalia and Costumes." At the time, DeMoulin produced and sold "fraternalism" items designed to help increase Lodge membership, donations to charities and interest in "Lodge Life" itself. These side degrees added to the fun and laughter of early Lodge Brethren engaged in new member initiations. ('Cause everybody likes a machine that will allow you to spank and shock the crap out of yourself, right???)

This is believed to be the last catalog produced by the company, as they were struck with the same fate as many businesses during The Great Depression and were forced to scale back and refocus to survivie. Today, however, the company is still around and doing well as the largest supplier of marching band uniforms in the United States.

Two Boxers Showing Their Playful Side

First introduced in Germany, the Boxer has been bred to be large in size, stocky, and short-haired. Boxers are brachycephalic (meaning they have broad, short skulls) and have a square muzzle. They typically have an underbite (prognathism), very strong jaws and a powerful bite, which helps them hang on to large prey. The Boxer is part of the Molosser group of dogs and was bred from the English Bulldog and Bullenbeisser (now extinct).

Boxers were first featured in a dog show for St. Bernards at Munich in 1895. The first Boxer club was founded the following year. Boxers are the sixth most popular breed of dog in the United States (according to 2009 American Kennel Club statistics).
